Here is the answer:

According to a major sports publication, this NFL team has the best 5 year draft grade.

According to the Sporting News, our NE Patriots get a grade of A- for the last 5 drafts.

Actually I would have guessed the Chargers.

Where did you get that picture of Alex with a mustache?

Who is the San Diego Chargers?

Based on the fact that they effectively traded Eli Manning for a better quarterback in the same draft AND the most dominant defensive player in the AFC for the foreseeable future, I would concur with the Chargers....

yeh but the chargers wasted that pick on Sammy Davis. You can't really say the pats wasted a 1st rounder.

Does this analysis factor in opportunity (#picks and position in the order) as well as outcomes?

You mean he doesn't have one.

The Chargers got a B+.

I think they do take in consideration where each team picked and what they got for those picks.

I'd give San Diego an A+ for the past THREE grafts, but their 2002 and 2003 draft classes were all out busts.

New England gets the top grade for the past 5 years.
whoa...jammer was 2002, he's certainly no bust, he's just no champ bailey, but who is (maybe asante is getting there)

plus we drafted your #1 wr from 2006, that year (reche haha)
