Without reading this piece, I'm going to guess Russell Wilson (for non-division QB's, obviously).

Thoughts:
3rd down numbers look really good.
Only 3 TD passes from outside the redzone all season is great.
When you look at the games in conjunction with the stats, there are a lot of hollow yards in there, ie gained when the game was out of reach.
