The question for you about all this is: as an avowed Belichick hater, why do you appear to care so much about these people's misunderstanding? Could it be that YOUR AGENDA includes bashing people that apparently like and respect the Patriots' ex-coach? It certainly appears so.

Another question: why do you call these folks "Team Bill"? Is that how you lump together and label those who valued what BB brought to the team during his lengthy tenure? Apart from yourself that would seem to include the vast majority of Patriots fans. Although, other than an apparent term of derision I've yet to see it defined by anyone.

My appreciation for what BB did for this franchise has been expressed elsewhere on this site over the last 20 years a thousand fold. Limiting it to one current thread would be as meaningless as your lame reach for a "gotcha." No, unlike your white-knuckled obsession with crapping on all things Belichick (including his fans), I have no agenda. I recognized it was time for him to go and supported regime change but see no sense in belittling the man -- a Hall of Fame shoe-in -- at every possible turn. You are quite weird in that respect and deserve having your nonsense exposed for what it is.

As for any alleged hypocrisy "shining through," please provide in-context examples from my posting history or give it a rest.

You're gung-ho for Mayo and my hopes for him are high, that's something we can agree on. Perhaps it's time for you to drop the BB hate campaign in favor of something more positive.
