Where is the "If Bruschi Returns" stuff coming from?

I do not understand where all this "if Tedy comes back" and some people questioning if he retires. Where is this coming from? What has he ever said that would give you that idea? Didn't Brady say he was 100% coming back? Why does this show up in a new thread every day?

Russ Francis was the first person I heard say that Tedy was considering retiring.I don't see Russ Francis as a "Bomb Thrower" so I take it at least somewhat seriously.

The man had a stroke 2 yrs ago, what he has done after that has been amazing.. If he wants to call it quits, he could do whatever he wants..
