I think they own a vacation home in Costa Rica, if I was them, that is where I would be. Is it tampering if other NFL teams talk to him in Costa Rica? Wouldn't those rule only apply inside the US?

It's my understanding that it's the off season there right now... Place is practically deserted... No waiting in line at the open air food markets... Heard the cave bat soup is delish ... Be a good, safe, choice to visit right about now
