Where do the Patriots now stand as uncapped-year spenders?

Paying neither (most of) Moss nor Mankins would, I guess, lower the Pats to being below-average uncapped-year spenders in terms of, say, cap-equivalent metrics.

Or maybe just to average.

Patriots Place says hello

Who would of thought a quarter billion dollar plaza thats a b*tch to get to, and only gets a crowd during 8 games and your scattered
Concert would be a bad business decision.

There is absolutely no evidence that Patriots' Place has had any bearing on football decisions. Besides, other than overage incomes (where the Krafts get a percentage of revenues from their tenants if they do over a certain amount of business in a quarter) for their tenants, the Krafts collect rent no matter if there is 10 people or 1,000 people going to Patriot Place any given day. The Krafts are landlords other than a select few entities and not the retailer.
