As I understand it, it begins on Monday, March 15th at 4:00 PM, which is 48 hours before the official start of free agency (4:00 PM Wednesday, March 17th).

My tomorrow afternoon we will know where the BIG ticket guys are leaning towards/visiting....

By Tuesday afternoon...there won't be any BIG ticket FA's left, IMO.
