We lose enough games to cost us home field advantage and a chance to get to the Superbowl. Goodell and the 32 owners achieve what they wanted.

I'm amazed at the complete lack of faith in Belichick that many demonstrate. 3 home games against 3 mediocre quarterbacks and many don't believe they can win them. It's like Wayne Fontes is the head coach.

Pretending that Kraft doesn't want the Patriots to win is infantile.

Or it's like with Belichick as coach, it doesn't matter to you whether Garrapolo or Brady plays.

I agree and have tried making the same point. Some people are saying 2-2 and, while I respect everyone's opinion, I just can't get with that program...even without the GOAT. Our coach is better, or coordinators were guys enough to come up with the SB gamelan in 2004 and I have to believe they're even better now, the D should be even better than last year's version and there are just too many offensive weapons in this team. Even if JG's play is suspect, we should still win three of four at least.

And I tell you what, that Bills game scares me more than the Cardinals game. We'll see what happens, though. Games are not win or lost on Patsfans after all. Lol

So, 3-1 with Brady, and 3-1 without Brady? not much of an effect

I'd like to have running back with some burst, though our depth should be OK [maybe later in the season].

However, you couldn't have much better than two good, huge TEs as weapons for a young QB. Big targets, matchup problems. Think of Bledsoe with two Ben Coates.

I am just referring to his pathetic statement given at the owners meeting when he capitulated stating he was more concerned about the other owners and their fan bases. I am sure that Kraft would like the Pats to win but his priority is elsewhere.

I guess, although I don't know why everyone is predicting a loss to AZ, assuming that's the one loss in your opinion. But either way, the team will be just fine. The roster is too stacked for them not to be, even without the GOAT (which I think is the only thing I will refer to Brady as for the rest of this season).

Offenses usually take time to get going in the 1st quarter of the season. That is the hidden loss with brady missing 4 games. He loses time getting the offense in sync and he will lose reps during preseason and camp when BB gets Jimmy ready.

Anybody want to change their vote? lol

There will be showers on Sunday's forecast in Foxborough. Weather might have an impact on Jimmy's play.

Sure...but rain showers are a bigger concern for the QB making his 2nd NFL start.
then again, tannehill supposedly has the smallest hands of any 1st round QB pick since 2008 at 9".

JAG's hand size is 9 1/4".

maybe time to start brissett and his big 9 3/4" hands? (joking)

showers Sunday? you're predicting NE weather 5 days in advance?

That's for sure! The NJ jets and NE weather "experts" have something in common. Getting it right 50% of the time is viewed as a successful season.
