Andy Reid is totally committed to giving the referees time to officiate the game. As a matter of fact, he gives the referees time to be conceived, gestated, born, grow old, die, and decompose.

If the refs weren't ready, then they shouldn't have put the ball down. What happened, did the ref putting the ball down not know that the other refs weren't ready?
