What has changed with the defense? SImplY a brillant move by the HC, moving Vince to DE. Vince has made all the difference in the running game, now he moves Warren to Nose, and presto, neither Miami nor Baltimore can run..

I thought that the Pats brought enough pressure on Flacco rushing just three guys. Moving Vince to DE was as they say in the Guiness commericals: "BRILLANT!"

The Ravens did not.

It's pretty obvious that the most likely reason for 4th Q dominance was from the rest the Pats D had. The Ravens were worn out.

I'm amazed that this isn't obvious to everyone else.

Key stat, defense creating 3 and outs. How many possessions did the Pats defense limit the oppostion to 3 plays and a punt.

Against Bengals 2 series and a 3rd was 3 plays and a fumble.
Against Jets 2 series,
Against Bills 0 series, wow
Against Phins just 1 series was 3 and out (blocked punt)
And the Ravens 6 times yesterday the Pats D produced a 3 and out......

Um, possibly. But that too is part of scheme. BB's teams in the early part of the decade had a way of making most opponents look completely gassed in the 4th qtr. Almost like he had broken their will to win and they just wanted off the field.
