What Are Belichick's Draft Priorities

I think that during Covid time, it’d be a good time for me to find fan sites of teams such as NYJ, CLE & DET. It would be interesting.

Reading comments on here, I would want to know how negatively those fans view their GM, players & coaches.

Yes. Richards didn’t pan out. Yes, he was drafted in the 2nd round. Yes, BB has been hot or miss in that round. I have to think other teams are also whiffing in several early rounds.

One thing I’m going to be very interested in over the next few days is which direction the Pats go in regards to Offensive Line. With Thuney potentially being traded and Scar retired I’m wondering if we might see a bit of a philosophical shift in regards to what kind of players we go after, particularly at OG.

I’m not usually one to read much into pre draft meeting with players because everyone meets with everyone, but it seems the Pats have shown a bit of interest in some of the bigger, more mauling OG instead of the athletic zone blocking guards we have tended to go for in the past. This draft looks loaded with big, strong, mauling OG with guys like Robert Hunt, Solomon Kindley, Damien Harris, Netane Muti, John Simpson and Kevin Dotson. Cesar Ruiz also has excellent size and strength for a C.

Belichick is never one to follow a trend, so while everyone is focusing on speed and big plays, could Belichick be looking to go old school and pound the rock? Build up a strong, physical offensive line that can bully defenses and run the ball? It would certainly take the pressure off a young QB like Stidham and help control the clock against more explosive offenses.

This football team has been to four of the last six Super Bowls, winning three.

It's laughable that so many are trashing Belichick's recent drafts when the teams were Championship-calibre and had no room for rookies to make an impact.
Child, please...

So much Fail in that post...So very, very much...
