Plain and simple, if the ground game isnt working, it is going to be a long night. Steeleers allowed 282 yards on 48 touches last two games without Shazier. Last night`s type of game (1o rushes and most of them looked really forced, "Let's just give Brady couple of minutes to rest" plays) won`t work.

It's mind boggling that they haven't gotten him more involved in bubble screens outside of the red zone. He's a weapon with the ball in his hands but they only seem to want him to run the 7, 8, and 9 routes.

This is a really good point. They're not using his speed in enough dynamic situations. He should be all over the field, not just running go routes.

Yes. Going in with a gameplan of Brady throwing the ball against a team he historically shreds would be a dumb gameplan

What is going on with Mitchell? Is this guy going to return or not? Furthermore, what even happened to him?

I am paging BB right now will get you an answer momentarily.

No Patriot played well last night. No Patriot coach coached well last night. No one is making excuses. It's one game, not an entire season.

Odds are you are going to see a very different Pats team on the field next Sunday.

11/26/17 - Cardinals 27 Jags 24.

Doesn't matter how well they play next week. If they don't get the win, how they played is insignificant. I am a black and white type of guy. Either your first or your last. What's the difference between Atlanta and Cleveland last season? In the end, neither won the SB.

While your talking to him, tell him to ensure his team doesn't come out like the Browns next week.

Wining the last Game means everything.

I'm still on Hold.

Nah. If J.Jones is getting called for what he did on that Landry PI, Howard should have had at least 3-4 more PIs called on him last night.

Perhaps I've been desensitized to our guys getting held and not getting the call.

They appear to be good against the pass this year, their game plan will be based on stopping big passing gains. They also appear to be vulnerable in the middle with Harrison playing on his last legs and Shazier out. Just sayin we won`t get anywhere with deep balls on 2 and 2, 3rd and 1 etc.

Here's the key: if New England scores more points than Pittsburgh, I think New England wins. Now, if Pittsburgh scores more points than New England, it's going to be very tough for New England to pull out the win. Especially on the road.

The Gronkster should give us back the middle of the field also Hoggie should be better with a game under his belt. Complimentary Cookie should get a pass or two and Burkhead and White should be more dangerous with Gronk back. Yep we should give Pittsburgh a game.

Haden will be back. Hope this isn't a Bob Sanders moment for the Pittsburgh D.

This could be the game we see Gilleslie who's our most powerful back gash the middle of the Pittsburgh D just pound pound pound the ball play action passes.
Throw from running formations and on defense.
Get after Big Ben make him make accurate throws don't give him time to survey the field because if we are counting on coverage defense we will lose because Brown and Schuster will get open their tightends can make plays.
I'd like to see a defensive strategy like the Rams Superbowl where we hit Bell every play whether he gets the ball or not.
That offense is started thru Bell, if we slow him down we force Ben to make quick throws which is his weakness.
We can't let him extend plays and for goodness sakes wrap him up when you touch him
