Wells report concludes >25% probability that Brady was involved in rules violation

Forgive me if this has already been said, but I haven't seen it. Also I realize that the NFL only takes what it wants from the Wells report and would punish Brady simply from not cooperating, as they see it. But I'd like to point out:

The Wells report has two main conclusions

(A) Pats tampered with footballs (>50% Probability)
(B) Brady knew about A (>50% Probability)

For Brady to be guilty of involvement in a rules violation requires A AND B. Probability of (A AND B) is only >25%

That is, if you accept the BS investigation and report.
