I do not know if he is a reach, but he was picked much earlier than most of the draft prognosticators forecast. He may turn out to be the next Devin Mccourty but based on what is available to the public....he could be classified as a reach.

In the past 5 years when the pats have drafted a "reach", most of the time it has not worked out well.

Woodson seems like a good player but historically 7 out of 10 4th rounders are never starters.

I think he is a great pick and was really underrated. We all want the next Rodney, but I doubt this is him. Nevertheless Dugger was soft last year and Peppers had his troubles. We still have not found Devin's replacement.
