To me, the ball moves in his hand, but maintains a grip and then the ball comes out at the end of the throwing motion when he moves his fingers. He has possession of the ball, so much that he moves his wrist sideways and the ball moves.

My problem on that play was the blatant clip by jpp he even did the stupid put your hands up so you look innocent thing.
