I really don't want to see Edelman used on punt returns tonight.

Cyrus' average (9.0) isn't awful. If he kept that up for a full season, he would've finished 11th in the league in 2017, tied for 9th in 2016, tied for 13th in 2015, 11th in 2014 ...., etc.

I only want to see Edelman in there on obvious fair catch situations, but let Cyrus do the actual returns

Rookie LB Darius Leonard has been a tackling machine the first four weeks. Look for the Pats to run the ball a lot. This is also good news for Edelman in the slot. He'll have much more room to run around without Leonard chasing him down.
