As "bad" as DMac's coverage was, the rest of the secondary was pretty outstanding. JMac and JJ have been especially underrated.

Patterson is probably the only WR on the team I wouldn't want to see taking snaps from Hogan.

This group is dangerous. Patterson, if used right could be a unusual approach. Gordon looks quite good. Edelman looked elite to me last night. Michel is heating up and gronk and white are looking good.so like rick ocassic used to say : “let the good times roll”

I wouldn’t say he does nothing well. He has just been playing the roll of #1 or #2 which he clearly isn’t.

Once Gordon gets more comfortable with the playbook and plays more snaps and Edelman gets in game shape, you will see a different Hogan.

This team going from Hogan-Dorsett-Patterson to Edelman-Gordon-Hogan-Dorsett-Patterson is a MASSIVE upgrade at the WR position.

That deep out rout by Dorsett and that throw by Brady was a thing of beauty. That bodes well for him going further that they have that level of chemistry and Brady trusted it.

Teams were already exasperated about covering gronk. Imagine the assignment of defense coordinator. Edelman, Gordon, gronk all have to be accounted for but then there are more secondary weapons. Patterson, Michel, white, Dorsett and hogan. A nightmare scenario
