The Dolphins should strongly consider making a trade now and not wait before it's too far into the season.

A Mac Jones trade would be very intriguing though because McDaniel was on the staff that initially wanted him and it would settle the argument whether coaching and talent was holding him back or not.
Very, very interesting... Tua for Mac? Straight up?

It's going to be interesting to see how this plays out. What will win out? Corporate greed or common sense/decency?

I don't know about that but what we do know is Bama QB's are products of the system throwing to Elite Wide open pro talents. Bryce Young and Mac Jones ouch! Tua to his credit have been better than both too bad about his concussions.

Given the money involved and the precedent it would set for the league concussion liability, I assume that Tua will be cleared to play at some point. Hopefully common sense will reign and Tua will retire on his own. One way or another the Dolphins should not let him play another down in their uniform if they are smart and/or compassionate. They should find a way to put him on the IR as soon as possible and release him in March, before the 2026 guarantees kick in and 'only' be out $50m. If Tua decides to play for another team after that the Dolphins are not responsible, otherwise they own the moral dilemma of allowing a vulnerable player to sustain further injury. That is still a high cost to walk away from a player.

Pats might catch another big break when they play the Niners in a couple of weeks….

or is Jimmy G still looking for work?
Miami life and Jimmy G is a match made in heaven.

Jimmys hair would stay perfect as long as he doesn't go in the water. The girls (and some guys) would go wild with Jimmy all tanned up rolling with Tyreek in his Lamborghini.

It’s official C-Mac to IR for at least 4 weeks. He’ll miss the Pats game. A break for us but it will still be a really tough game to win out there
He would make it much more difficult. I say like every game take the run away and let Purdy drop back.. gonzo on ayuik.. Hawkins on Kittle and peppers an dugger can keep an eye on deebo.

He wouldn't make it put the strip club without getting hurt.

Ravens already lost to KC.

Buffalo can't beat KC and if they are still better than Mia probably going to be KC v SF again.
I think Buffalo can beat KC. I think they've beaten them 3 straight times in KC. They've lost to them in the playoffs but the games were razor thin. Buffalo's kicker missed a FG last year and time before was the 13 second game which Buffalo's coaching blew big time. It's a toss up when they play. I do like KC to win their 3rd straight tho this year

Hold on - wouldn't a trade with Tua include his contract? Why would any team take that on?

Nobody would. Trading Tua mid-season or at all is just armchair talk. They have to play Skylar Thompson. Losing your starting QB sucks and even if you're very prepared for that it still sucks. We know that (2008).

I agree. I also think KC's defense is going to take a step backwards this year. It's only about to be week 2 so I expect Cincy will get it together as the season goes on and at least two of Houston, Jacksonville, or LA Chargers could emerge. Perhaps not as a threat but at least be annoying.

Drafted him first overall and hate myself for it. I knew knew knew it was going to be a mistake lmao.
I tried to take his handcuff but I thought it was Elijah Mitchell at the time… then they cut (or IRed) him, someone else with higher priority scooped up Mason… So that’s just great. I never would’ve drafted him that high if the 49ers didn’t hide his injury, it seems kind of shady.
