It’s the national game on CBS. Most US households will see it at 4:25.Is the game televised?

Then “yes”, we will see Mayo staring blankly on the sidelines. It’s the national game on CBS. Most US households will see it at 4:25.
The giants unlike us have a good HC.. dabol could like squeak 1 more win out them.. Hopefully..It is hard to see how the Giants can win. The Raiders can easily beat the Jags at home.
I don’t think they’ll run it up on purpose. McDermott calls off the dogs with a big lead he’s done that every time the Bills thump us.If I were the Bills, I wouldn't run up the score. I'd sit Allen once there was a comfortable lead. Why? (1) To keep him healthy for the playoffs, (2) It's in their best interest for the Patriots to retain Mayo next year, since we're in the same division. If Mayo is still HC, the Patriots are a non-factor in the division, guaranteed.
His connection to the team used to be Brady, but he left. Then he shifted to Mayo (his old Quick Slants co-host) as his inside man. So he kinda can’t crap on the only guy feeding him info. Nor would he have anything bad to say, as Mayo is not going to feed him anything bad about himself.Good God a'mighty: Curran's ass-kissing is out of control. I used to listen to his various outlets pretty regularly, when there was at least some patina of journalistic integrity. Now it's all just a dreary litany of excuses for the Krafts and for the incompetent darling boy at HC. Unlistenable.
Usually what happens in that situation is the potential lame duck HC has to call in a favor to someone who isn’t necessarily that good, but he is close with. Mayo has no such connections and is fully reliant on Wolf or Kraft to pull someone out of thin air for him. They’d probably need to insanely overpay to get someone with any level of talent to come in, and for that price, they may as well just dump Mayo and replace him instead. So let’s say the rumors are true and AVP gets canned (I would hope Covington gone is a sure thing), AVP was what, number 12 of interviews? Who in the hell would we get to replace him with Mayo possibly in a lame duck next year? The Krafts need to stop piecemealing this thing together or same results next year.
The reports are all over the place right now. Most reports are along the lines of “he is probably safe, but if the team doesn’t turn it around in the next couple games then that might change.” Since we all know they’re very unlikely to turn anything around in their toughest stretch of the year, that makes it somewhat feel like another way of saying “he’s not really safe” without actually saying it.So I just saw reports they expect Mayo to be back? Is there weight to this?
The guy that likely would be next in line is TC Mc Cartney who's praised for his development of Drake. He's the QBs coach. Either they are going too realize it's not going to work with Mayo and admit thier mis-judgement or they are going to ask Mayo to strengthen his staff. So let’s say the rumors are true and AVP gets canned (I would hope Covington gone is a sure thing), AVP was what, number 12 of interviews? I have to laugh hearing that from the reports "if the team doesn't turn it around ".. Hahaha.. what a joke this team is. What gives us any indication they will do anything other than suck the last 3 games. The Kraft family have made their $$ by making smart business decisions. They need to make another smart one and get a new coach. The reports are all over the place right now. The most recent “take” was from Rapoport this morning which essentially said what I said above.
It's a shame. He always trended a little, within reasonable bounds, in the direction of shilling for the team, but now it's just shameless. He blames the "hot seat talk" on the press, completely ignoring that the vast majority of fans want Mayo out. "Expert" my ass.His connection to the team used to be Brady, but he left. This week when asked about people who are frustrated with his performance, he said "not everyone's a Patriots fan", meaning that he thinks the only people criticizing him are not fans. Or, alternatively, that if you're criticizing him then you're not really a true fan. It's a shame. Will the fans leave before Mayo does? The guy that likely would be next in line is TC Mc Cartney who's praised for his development of Drake. He's the QBs coach. What the more likely scenario is they are going to add talent to this roster to Maximize Drake. Mayo will add some veterans on his staff. Now if things look the way they do now come next October I think Mayo will be gone by Halloween 2025.
So now he is throwing US under the bus. This week when asked about people who are frustrated with his performance, he said "not everyone's a Patriots fan", meaning that he thinks the only people criticizing him are not fans. A Panthers win is good for our draft position isn’t it?Lol, the freaking Panthers are up 20-3 on the Cardinals, a week after the Cardinals spanked the Pats. That should tell you how bad NE is.
