A recent podcast deep dive on the Seahawks led me to the realization that the team that drafted DK Metcalf is also the team that has absolutely sucked at drafting recently because they keep emphasizing explosive measurables over knowing how to play football. It worked out once with Metcalf who they were able to baby into being a complete player but they have numerous “SPARQ” guys that haven’t don’t anything.

One is a group of horrible people being a nuisance and threatening some neighborhood far from yours.

The other is a group of horrible people trying to climb your fence, burn your house, and take the #1 seed.

Brady did nothing to hurt his case for MVP today. Carr and Stafford need to hold serve as does Murray. Carr so far with a subpar half. Stafford not that good so far. Murray had a great game, but missing time will hurt him and the gap remains the same. At this point it feels like everyone is just hoping for Brady to trip up enough to let them back in it. It feels like he has a full game lead on everyone and if he just goes about his business, wins out and puts up solid numbers doing so, he can't be caught unless someone has back to back monster games. Not just great games, but monstrous 6 TDs a piece games. And time for that is running out.

itll come imo. Steelers, browns , and bears the past 3 weeks so 3 teams that are pretty much sleepwalking right now. But they are struggling
