Thank the greedy NFL Owners for that. Thursday Games except for maybe the Thanksgiving day traditions ones should be outlawed.

Don’t get me started on Thursday Night Football. I’ve never been a fan.
Who else remembers how bad this song was when it was introduced in 2013 as the TNF theme song was? It got so much hate, the NFL ended it quickly.

Who is saying “likely to lose”?
It’s the NFL, any game is loseable and talking about areas of concern is not conceding defeat.
The Giants are not near as bad as you think. They have been very competitive against a really tough schedule, much tougher than ours.
The giants are just as bad as I think.
Coming close once in a while and failing to win is a bad team. Moral victories don’t count.

They are better than a Burrowless Bengals team.
Believe what you want.

They are 2-10.
They are 30th in points allowed and yard allowed.
They allow 5.9 yards per rush.
They are 22nd in scoring and will be missing their top 3 offensive players.
They are 30th in takeaways
31st in first downs allowed
29th in ref zone offense
31st in red zone defense
Every time they are in a close game they choke
They have 5 double digit losses.

I’m trying to figure out exactly what you think they are good at.

Oh by the way, you seem to not realize, we beat the Bengals.

My general takes from look at a couple gaints forums are as follows:

-Most seem to believe they could win and if they have Dart they are confident they will
-They believe we are banged up (True)
-They dont think (like lots of others) that we are as good as our record indicates
-They think they have the offense to run with anyone (we have the 8th best offense and they are currently the 11th), and that its their defense that holds them back
-They also think its their role to ruin our season any time we play them

They seem rather smug to me to be a team that is 2-10 and has a 12 game on the road losing streak. I want to punish them every chance we get for 2007 and that will never change.

The inside rush is a killer. That one at the end of the game, all the interiors had rushers locked up, but the one backer came free. It seems like this might be a part of Drake's game that still needs improvement. You have to see the guy in front of you. Hit the check down or throw it away. We don't handle stunts well. I think Drake is going to face more last second movement by the defense in the future. I have confidence in Josh figuring something to respond to it, the challenge will be the execution.
One thing I have noticed the last couple of games, Maye doesn't recognize corner blitzes. Every time a team runs one, they come completely free, and Maye seems shocked by it.

And despite all those stats they have been competitive against some pretty stiff competition.
They have one score losses to Lions, Packers, Bears, Broncos and Cowboys, 2 of which were in OT.
Their 2 wins were against the Chargers and Eagles.
You think they stink, I do not.
You think recognizing the Pats faults somehow diminishes what they’ve accomplished and is a slight, which it is not.

They are 2-10. Being competitive and losing is stinking.

I’m not sure why you are so adamant that you should post an opinion and no one can disagree with it. I’ve given all of the reasons. I think 2-10 means a lot more than some of the 10 were competitive.

As I said every team has faults. It’s just shocking to me that some fans, like you, want to ignore the success, focus on what wasn’t perfect then project doom from it.
There are literally people here (maybe you I don’t know) who are hoping we can win 2 of Giants, Jets and Fins and consider Buffalo and Baltimore already in the loss column.
If you can’t be excited about a 10-2 team and can only wring your hands over the “faults” and fear impending doom, why would you ever be happy.

I haven’t seen that. I’ve seen him recognize it but not have a hot route available. The one late in the game last week he saw the whole way and his only option was to try to avoid the rusher.

And this is where you go off the rails yet again.
Where did I say you or anyone else can’t disagree with me?
Where have I “ignored the success and projected doom and gloom”?
I have never stated anything remotely close to hoping we can win 2 of giants jets and Phins, or conceded loses to Balt and Buffalo.
Where did I ever say I wasn’t excited about this team?
And again, you end with your typical “why would you ever be happy” statement.
It’s quite strange how you take a post discussing areas where we need improvement, and spin it into proclamations about how people live their lives.

You keep arguing that a 2-10 tram is good. You refuse to accept any of the arguments that show they suck.

The vast majority of your posts are focused on negatives.

As I said I don’t know what you have posted, don’t really care either. You jumped into a discussion about the ridiculous doom and gloom posts and took up the 2-10 Giants scare me mantra.

I will say it again, patriots fans should be talking about his incredible this team is and has been but can’t get out of their own way fearing 2-10 teams.

If you don’t know or care what I’ve posted, how would you know the “vast majority of my posts are focused on negatives”?

They most certainly are not. But that is your MO, you take posts from one thread and make proclamations of what kind of fan that person is, and how they live their lives, which is very uneducated and unbecoming.
