I am here. I got booted from the Other Games thread.

There was a lot of self-righteous pink-hatting from "real" fans. Because I still root for Brady to build his legacy, I am not a real Patriots fan. Tell that to my ass cheeks that are still frost bitten from sitting on aluminium bleachers during a 1 - 15 season. A lot of these pink hats think a Patriots playoff run is a birthright, and Brady should be pisssed on because he dare leave after 20 years.

I choose to permanently wish Brady well as the last 20 years was an impossible run I will never forget. If Brady plays the Patriots, then f him. It's not a difficult concept.

These pink hats love to pound their chests and claim some superiority as a real fan because they now hate Brady. They are trying too hard. **** them.

BUT, my response to Ashley was not appropriate and I did apologize to her for that. It was not my most mature moment. But we all have flaws. I own that one.

I don't even root for Tampa really. I certainly did in the Super Bowl last year though. However, there is no way I am going to take a shyt on Brady just because a couple fans have moved on to Tampa.

Like with most issues in the world, I think people on either end of the extreme pretty much suck.

I've noticed that ever since the TB-Pats game when both BB and Brady made their statements, pretty much the pro Brady folks settled down and kept to themselves in the Gronkaneers forum. Yet, you have Team Bill guys going over there to troll the sub-forum. No mods get involved. You have Team Bill guys starting threads with the Brady vs BB debate and as soon as a pro-Brady person shows up to debate, all of a sudden mods deem the thread an issue (though started by Team Bill) and the pro-Brady folks get threatened to be tossed from the thread.

I'm perfectly fine with Pats fans moving on from Brady. It's understandable. I have an issue with censoring of anyone that still supports Brady through over moderation. The questioning of Patriots fandom because we don't all walk down the same line, or if we dare criticize anything BB has done is making the forum boring. If this is just going to be a forum that only welcomes Rah, rah, rah and pom pom waving w/o any room for contrary opinions or discussions then it defeats the entire purpose of having a football forum.

Thanks to @Dingleberry for starting this contest, it's kept my interest in the NFL and saved me from probably getting banned myself.
