The good news is that the Ravens aren't nearly the team they were last season. The losses of Yanda (retirement) and Stanley (broken ankle) mean they're not getting the same run blocking, so it's a little easier to go light against them. The Patriots will need more production out of the DT position, whether that's Guy back, Davis increasing his snap count from last night's 12, Mack recently claimed off waivers, or Glasgow from the PS. Would also be nice to get more out of Dugger, who only played 4 snaps after missing two games.

Neither Mack nor Glasgow are built to help stop the run...They're straight 3-Techs...Don't know why they were claimed/signed in the first place...

The Ravens toyed with the Pats last year on both sides of the ball. Sunday's game probably couldn't be much worse than that.

Oh yes it can...While we might have the running game to chew up some clock, our "defense" will allow a score on Every. Single. Possession.

Power running seems to be our brightest point in the offense including Harris's great performances. We do not know what is his status and even if he is ready on Monday it will be very difficult to run the ball effectively against Ravens' top 5 defense.
Lamar has been regressing a bit but his legs are still a leathal weapon.
To be successful we must play a perfect game. Passing game has to be effective again because I do not believe Meyers will have so much space ( last game was a gift ,he was free as a bird). And of course Cam should present himself as a true leader. No stupid passes and interceptions.
Undoubtedly if we dream about win our DL must do something spectacular - stop Dobbins,Edwards,Ingram and of course Lamar.
All in all it is going to be very tough game but ...Hope dies last

Ravens run defense is kinda overrated - at least just by looking at their numbers. Posted some stats that show their numbers might be deceiving.

They're 20th in the league in yards allowed per carry which is the same number (4.5) as our "bad" run defense. They also haven't shown they can stop a good rushing offense which we are.

I think we can run on them if Harris is healthy.

The ravens don't need the best run defense. With no fear of passing threat whatsoever they can stack up the box to stop the run and their pass rush with Ngakue Campbell Wolfe Judon is a problem for us.
