As I said before the ball attendant should hire a good lawyer and make it clear to the NFL that he will sue their asses off if they convict him without proof.

I doubt he'd have any shortage of lawyers lining up to take his case on for free. Heck, I wouldn't doubt there are lawyers on this forum who would.

You have to be KIDDING me! This is terrible. This is going to set a bad precedent for next season. It will tell 32 teams "Lost the game? No Problem, cry cheaters to the league and we'll take away the other team's draft picks! No evidence needed!"

If this ends up playing out this way... I think I'm done with this sham of a league for good. A lot of my friends are not Pats fans, and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to talk football with any of them without "HERP DERP CHEEETERS" or "HERP DERP SPYGATE". I just wanna punch teeth in at this point.

I'd like to see florio deflate 12 balls in 90 seconds and get them to the exact pressure brady likes. not one half psi above or below the pressure brady likes or the psi these footballs were said to be at. If your going to go through the trouble of deflating balls, if its that crucial to brady you have to be precise and i don't think florio or anyone else could do it in ninety seconds.

Doesn't matter what the league thinks. Any logical investigator will see that the ball boy explanation does not hold water. There simply was too much pressure in those balls for BOTH intentional deflation and loss of pressure from weather to have occurred.

If a ball boy did indeed deflate the footballs, once you add the additional loss of pressure from the weather, the balls when tested had too much pressure for both. So, either no one deflated any footballs or the laws of nature were suspended. Those are the only two choices.

The Patriots did it last time and never sought to hide or deny it. They also never came out and say hey everyone does it. The admitted it, took their punishment and moved on. The fact they handled that situation as they did gives even more credence to what the Patriots are saying now. They never lied or deceived in spygate, why would they now?

That would be awesome because the ball boy in question then makes himself available to the media and offers to take a lie detector test given by an FBI specialist and makes those results available to all.

I firmly believe the Patriots think this is a witch-hunt and will be willing to fight the NFL all the way.
Roger Goodell will rue the day he constructed the Warren Commission to investigate a possible rules violation regarding football psi.
