Wee9 Start/Sit HELP!

I have a couple of tough matchups this week.

QB's: Roethlisberger vs Baltimore (Roeth is on fire, does he get cooled off this week?)
Kitna vs Denver (Kitna hasn't thrown a TD in 3 games, this can't continue can it?)

WR's: Housh (no brainer start here)
Ward vs Baltimore (He goes as Roeth goes but how can I sit him now?)
Bowe vs GB (after a fast start he has cooled off)
Engram vs Cleveland (Is Branch and/or Hackett back?)

Also, I have one other question for advice...

For defenses, I have Seattle going against the Browns this week and the Pats D. Which would you play?
