Aaaaaaand clearly you haven't read my posts on this forum the entire season. I've been the exact opposite of that to the point where I've been accused of being a homer.

You got a good point and it will be interesting to dissect the matchup over the next two weeks with you and a lot of our other insightful posters here. Today, though, I will celebrate and just enjoy that our season has one more game..

Yup. Rowe on Jones with safety over the top. Butler on Sanu. Chip the hell out of any backs coming out of the backfield. Ryan's had a great year but will throw into coverage. Falcons will get their points but we should have a shot at a few turnovers.

Fully agree with this as well. Julio will have to be doubled no matter what. It would be a waste to use Butler while doubling him though. Butler should be able to handle Sanu fairly well.

He'll be able to translate a lot of what we do offensively to his coaches and the players, but it's how well they can execute.

Absolutely no disrespect to the Falcons D (which has been outstanding in the Playoffs), but can they generate a four man rush in the same way the Seahawks could, as well as covering on the back end?

Saying Atlanta might score 30 is not an insult to the D but respect to Atlanta. Their offense is a great offense. Not good. Great. That being said our D is good and we should not let Atlanta run up and down the field on us all day. This D is better than that. We will be a hard test for their O. If we give up 40 or close to i consider that a massive failure by this D. They should not give up that. Not even close.

This game will be about the OL. If they protect Brady he will score enough. If Atlanta does not get pressure their back 7 will be helpless to stop Brady. We will out score them. We can put up 40 on that D if they don't get pressure. If the OL holds and the O plays well our D will be able to keep Atlanta from keeping up.

Look at it this way. Atlanta will have a harder time going against our defense than we will against theirs. This is the easiest defense we will face so far in these playoffs

It will likely be high scoring. But i have faith our defense will make enough plays to win the game

That is the name of the game. They will score and more than we are use to seeing. That being said they will not run up and down on us like the have done this post season. They will face the best D they have faced in the post season. We will slow them down and we will dare them to try to do the same with Brady with that below average D.

On the opposite end that people are ignoring is that this falcons defense is really not that good. Considering the defenses brady has faced in the super bowl, im glad im not worried about brady having a good game. Theres no seattle or gianta pass rush over there.

And i know people will point to how they blew out green bay...but. green bay moved the ball at ease and then killed their drive with a missed field goal and a fumble near the goal line and before you lnew it they were down...and rodgers is not a good qb when down
