Wasn't yesterday the last day to activate Troy Brown or is it the next Tuesday?

I thought I remembered reading somewhere that yesterday was the last day to activate Troy Brown. Obviously, I'm wrong though because I would have heard something about it. (whether we did or didn't) If it wasn't yesterday, when is the deadline?

From Reiss's Pieces on the 13th:

"The Patriots started the clock on Brown last Tuesday and have until 4 p.m. on Nov. 28 to activate Brown off PUP. If he's not activated by then he can't play this season, his 15th in the NFL."

Thanks. Much appreciated. I was worried all of Tuesday, hoping they would sign him. Turns out it was the next Tuesday.
