The Krafts and really building a solid Coaching staff. We were the envy of the League in that area during the dynasty years. Glad we are going back to that formula. What a far cry from the Mayo's last year: a moment of silence please.

How many QB-based coaches are we going to have?

Hoping he remains an Offensive Assistant. Too green for anything else.

Larkin spent the 2023-24 seasons in Columbus, working with the Ohio State quarterbacks, after serving as an offensive analyst at Middle Tennessee in 2022.

CLINTON McMILLAN'S COACHING TIMELINE

2024: Assistant Defensive Line/Pass Rush Specialist – Tennessee Titans
2022-23: Defensive Line Assistant – Tennessee Titans
2021: Defensive Assistant – Tennessee Titans
2020: Senior Analyst (Defense) – Florida State University
2017-19: Defensive Run Game Coordinator/Defensive Line/Co-Special Teams Coordinator – University of Tennessee-Martin
2017: Defensive Coordinator/Secondary – Ohio Dominican University
2014-16: Defensive Graduate Assistant – Marshall University
2012-14: Graduate Assistant – Weber State

I absolutely love how this coaching staff is coming together quickly.

In the 12 days since Vrabel was hired:

- HC
- OC
- DC
- STC (retained)
- Asst. STC (retained)
- Stringer (Ernie Adams dude)
- QB Coach
- Offensive Assistant
- Defensive Assistant

Looks like we only need to fill 3-4 more spots and we'll then be all in on draft & OTA prep.

This is all while many teams just hired a HC (Johnson in Chicago, Glenn in NYJ, Cohen in Tampa, Carroll in Vegas, and etc....) and some don't even have a HC yet (Dallas and New Orleans)....

I think it might have been an advantage to hire Vrabel who obviously was setting up his coaching staff in his one year off in Cleveland....as well as firing Mayo an hour after the last game and quickly interviewing minority candidates to get that out of the way.

Really, we have to applaud the Krafts here.... they could have dug their heels in and said, "We still believe in Mayo and he deserves another chance"....them admitting that they made a mistake so quickly was the key, IMO. I am thinking that they decided to cut ties after the game in Arizona....

Love the College aspect hiring: wouldn't shock me if our misfortunes at WR change now.

Do we have an Oline coach?

Oh well. Milton did well. Maye did well. Can't say he did a ****ty job....

Hope he gets a job soon.
This is where if a coach wanted to ***** about not getting three years, I think it's warranted. This guy did a good job and had the bad luck to hitch his horse to the Mayo debacle.

Did he or were they just that dam good?? I felt Joe Milton was a Steal in the 6th Round.

Obviously, time will tell how this Coaching Staff will do. That being said, I like it's composition thus far.
