What I heard from Vrabel about Maye is...
He's a talented guy, Mike will work with him on the mental development / game managing... but not plays and QB-specific skills.

Meaning - Mike is going to let the Offensive coaches work schemes, plays, techniques for the QB. That's a good thing.
