If Vollmer was a second year player I'd have him on my "disappointment" list. He flashes some solid talent, but he's slow out of his stance, slow getting out into screens and on pulls, and is raw, raw, raw.

Interesting that you aren't won over by Vollmer, an athletic freak offensive linemen who is raw in experience but has a good work ethic, considering your long-stated love for Connor Barwin...

I agree he's a project, but he seems to have a good attitude and his physical upside is tremendous IMO.

Worst thing you can do is rush someone ahead of their level of development, though. That's where bad habits arise.
