REALLY pathetic. The workout portion is bordering on bizarre. What the hell was that weak slalom drill with the cones done at half speed (or at least I hope that was half speed) and why the hell was TB12 so winded after that workout? I am going to pretend that the hard portions of the workout were spliced out because he is damn sure not getting a prime parking spot at Gillette if this is his offseason regimen.
I'm sure that suicide drills in the sand are difficult. Those were not suicide drills. They look like drills that the contestants on the Biggest Loser would be put through...at the same speed...during episode one...not an NFL god.
