Vagas Ferguson, Richmond Community Schools' attendance liaison and president of the Richmond/Wayne County NAACP, has been charged with battery following a scuffle at a Richmond elementary school on Valentine's Day.
Ferguson turned himself into authorities Monday night :snob: following a warrant for misdemeanor battery issued for his arrest earlier that day. Witnesses told authorities Ferguson pushed a 34-year-old Richmond woman at Crestdale Elementary School, knocked her down and pulled her by the legs following the argument.

He also was a standout football player at Notre Dame University and played pathetic pro football for the New England Patriots.
