Positive update on game availability... looks like Disney/ABC/ESPN is FINALLY doing what I have always thought it should do. That is, airing Monday Night Football on both ABC and ESPN. Shock of shocks, last year was a great success when they did that. Now it looks like it may become permanent.

And I mean, why not? No matter who makes the money, ABC or ESPN, it is Disney that reaps the benefit.

This is a bait and switch where you'll just get access to the national NFL game for the NFC and the same for the other sports - whatever the current "national" game is (like the MLB and NHL games shown semi-nightly on ESPN) and the current ESPN and ABC national games for the NBA (FRI and SUN).

That's my read. Rights are VERY specific and limiting on intellectual property - from movies to sports. And those "bundlers" don't have the rights to all the NFL games like Sunday Ticket does....all the NBA games of season pass...etc.
