The Patriots clearly owe you and your brother your money and, as an established and well-known local business, the Team will no doubt get it to you in accordance with the stated policy for such refunds, to which you agreed when you entered into your season ticket contract.
If the policy is vaguely worded (like, "in a timely manner") then you have to choose either to wait on their definition of "timely" or to take them to court to debate the subject, which for $120 probably isn't worth the cost of the gas to drive to the courthouse.
The folks that have suggested that you review your ticket contract in this regard are making a good suggestion. I've never been fortunate enough to own Pats season tickets (you lucky dog!), but, since you had the option of rolling the money as a credit into the cost of next season's tickets, it wouldn't be all that surprising if the agreement states they will refund your money when or before next year's tickets are issued. But that's just a wild guess and the "truth" is somewhere in black and white print, which I agree you should research for yourself.
I really don't care if you "spoke ill" of the Krafts and the organization; they're big boys and can handle it.
What I think you might be underestimating in the reaction of some folks is that, as a "19 or 20" year Season Ticket holder, assuming that the average price of your tickets was $75 a pop (without even including playoff games of which there have been many) for "8 + 2" games per year, you've paid out a minimum of $14,000--$15,000 to the Patriots. I suspect that most folks on this board have only spent more than that on their housing or car over that same period of time. So, maybe some folks can't understand why you don't control your anger and just count your blessings (a) to have had season tickets during this great run and (b) to have had that much disposable income in the first place.
