He did have a very good Super Bowl, but they didn't cover him very much either - and it's not like he broke one 40 yards or something.

This play was very important. Might have been picked off if he doesn't grab it:


And he was targetted 12 times, I think, and made 11 catches. A huge contributor in the SB, IMO.

11 catches for what, 59 yards? Like I said, it's easy to make catches when you're not covered. Also, Edelman was right there to make the catch behind him, on the play you put up.

In fact, I'd argue that's where Brady was throwing on the play, and Vereen got in the way of it.
