I'm assuming this is another injury. No way he's not healed yet. And, if it's not another injury, it may be one that would make him want to think long and hard about his career and what chance he has to make it in the NFL.

In terms of things to worry about, Running Back is near the bottom of the list.

They can always find some guy off the street to get a couple of carries if they need to.

So funny because this would have been a laugh out loud comment even a decade ago. Now it's today's NFL (for the most part).

That is disappointing the kid has a lot of talent I hope he can put it together next season and have a productive NFL career.

If they thought highly of him they'd have kept him on the roster until roster cuts and moved him to IR. The fact they waived him and left him open to be claimed indicates they don't think as highly as they did last year.

I hope he clears waivers I'm really high on the kid and have been since the 2014 draft. That said I'm not surprised the Patriots left him open to be claimed because he may never play in the NFL at this rate.

Well RBs only have so much tread on the tires, so maybe a 2nd IR isn't the career killer it is for other positions.

I think RB, DT, OG, and CB are all positions that could see a player added during roster cuts by other teams.
