I don’t see it. Henderson uses his straight line speed to do what he does. Martin was one of the most elusive backs in history, great cut back runner.
Henderson doesn’t use elusiveness or cut back as a tool as much. Hell, I think of Henderson’s only carry, an 18 yard run, you know Martin would’ve used his cut back agility to cut back to the middle of the field to try to get more yards. Not attacking Henderson in any way, shape or form, just think he’s more of a straight line runner. I love his combativeness too, loved how he attacked defenders.
The kick return showed some elusiveness, and it comes at full speed too ! I think he’s faster than his 40 time. Sometimes players don’t measure as fast as they really are, like in the 40 yard dash, sometimes they underperform. I know Kyle Williams was disappointed at his 4.40 time, imagine that ? When you watch their film, you can see their breakaway speed.
