Would love KW to break one next game: I think he's Faster than T Henderson.
I wouldn't mind seeing that 100 yard dash.

Those two alone should keep Patriots fans happy for the next couple of years. Real speed at skill positions. Actual breakaway speed. There's more to the game than speed, obviously, but this franchise has been severely lacking in it for a long, long time.

Yeah we were a very slow Offense: Vrabel could see that clearly.

The TE class looks deep this year; last Draft Cleveland and San Diego hit on Day 3 TE's: O Gadsden II and H Fannin Jr. We need to find ours next year.

I really thought they were going to draft Gadsden.

I thought Gadsden was going Translate as a WR like Michael Thomas *Saints*. I am watching the TE's closely this year.

His dad was a WR with basically the same build, but Gadsden really only played TE in college.

I know he played the position like a WR at Syracuse no Inline Blocking for that guy.

He's the same size as virtually every other feature back in the league, except for Saquon and Derrick Henry.
He is on the smaller side, and he has a history of running down when overused, including in college. He does have enough inside running chops to play on early downs, but I would hope they would platoon him with a beefier back to preserve his quicks and keep him healthy. My point, really, does not so much bear upon his limitations, which can be accommodated, as it does on Rhamondre's inadequacy in the role to which his physique would suggest he is suited. I guess I would invite you to look at his numbers over the last two or three years. He's just not that good. Henderson is fine - I am glad we have him - Rhamondre isn't even adequate. What are your thoughts on Rhamondre? I don't really think we have much disagreement on Henderson.

He can have a fruit basket and a gift card for his service as he's cleaning out his locker for the final time as a Patriot, at the end of the season.

He had some good moments as a Patriot, but far too many just soul-crushing moments, and also far too many pointless moments, especially this year. I've moved on from him after the Pittsburgh game.

LOL. Well, I guess we'll have to find something else to argue about.

Not even sure TreyHey was faster than his blocker on that second TD. Number 10 stayed out in front of him all the way downfield. To my eye they both seemed about the same speed.
The blocker was frickin' fast! Reached 20.58mph (and not a ball carrier which does affect speed). Not quite Daniel Jones' 21.23mph as a ball carrier (when he tripped), though.

I thought the Pats had an out on his contract in 2026, but it's 2027. Since they have so much cap room going forward, they may just eat the dead cap of $4.8M in 2026 and show him the door to make room for another RB. Breece Hall could be a guy to watch out for.

You heard they have him playing Zay Flowers in Practice. You would think KW would be more that guy.

Chism is a slot, Flowers is a slot. Williams plays outside the hashes as a deep ball threat..

Could they get another interested team to take him and part of his salary? (I really don't know how all this trade stuff works, tbh.)

JMD has a well established history of abandoning the run in the second half of games which was a contributing factor to his losing the team as Raiders HC. Somehow this blind spot has never been identified by his reputed ability to self scout and adjust.
Could it just be that he's got one legit running back on a pitch count and a couple other guys who he believes are turnover prone and can't trust with the game on the line?

Even though it was the same set of players in both halves, I am sure that personnel and game situations contributed to the lack of running plays in the second half. Historically it is almost as if JMD looks for any excuse to stop running the ball and put everything on the pass which makes it difficult to protect the lead and allow the defense to get its breath when things start to unravel.
