People are surprised A.Wilson doesn't look great?

This isnt 2004 Rodney Harrison. Pretty sure he was even benched by the Cardinals from the base set because he can't cover. What he CAN do is play dime or nickel linebacker. Expecting anything more is just being overly optimistic.

Neither does one random training camp report. Give the guy a chance to perform in actual games before assuming that he's ineffective.

I don't assume anything, I was just passing on something I've read. I have no thoughts on Wilson myself until I've actually watched him play some meaningful snaps.

This is the difference between:
46 yards, 7 return
44 yards, 4 return
44 yards, 9 return

and:

52 yards, 10 return
56 yards, 62 return

I'm sure BB was thrilled with that last one.

I don't know man. You can't blame one big return on the punter. If you want a guy who won't give up any returns go get Tom Tupa. I personally like a guy who can boom it. ..as long as he is also good at pinning inside the 20 on the shorter kicks

Is Bedard just a Patriots reporter for Peter King's new site now? Seems like he's been at all of the Patriots practices.

Does Bedard still live around here? Why wouldn't he? If he does, why wouldn't he attend more TC here than elsewhere?
