Oh and one more thing it was pretty windy today and oddly Maye and the offense did better going into the wind. For whatever that's worth.

I love the talk coming out of camp about the play of Chaisson. It might be the off season signing of the year if he is one of those rare first round busts who suddenly turns it around. Lots of time to go though.

On the other hand, I would LOVE to hear some reports about Harold Landry flashing at something. So far, it's like he's not even on the field. Again though, there is a long way to go.

Why does it seem we went from having the worse WR room ever, to having too many good looking WR's and not enough slots? Just sayin'

A good offensive coordinator does that.
I’ve seen a lot of credit and puff pieces already to raise McDaniels stock. I hope Kraft has a checkbook ready and a fancy new title to make him satisfied,

I think the head coaching bug will bite him again.

Doesn’t matter if gets the urge, he will not be getting any HC opportunities in the future, no way no how.

I remember Landry doing something in the first practice I went to. Not so much the last 2. Can't see everything though. He seems very small to me too.

I wouldn't say the WR room has too many. To me we have 3 guys who are definitely ahead. And then yes there is a big group of guys competing for a few slots how good that group is and which ones will emerge to win the battle is still long a way to go.

I disagree the articles paint it as Josh took a deep look at himself reached out to other coaches, cataloged what wasn’t working what was visited other coaches. He will get a second chance if we are a top 10 offense book that.

Highly unlikely. He is done as a HC candidate period.

Josh? Let's look at his candidacy......He was a disaster in DEN but a wide majority of coaches have a tough go their first gig. Whatever..

He screws over the Colts which pissed off a lot of the good ole boy GMs and owners. That narrows his pool of clubs.

He took over a Raiders playoff team, went 9-16 before being fired midseason along with his GM buddy Zeigler.

There is a 0.00% chance Josh gets another crack at a HC gig....unless Vrabel goes 0-8 in 2026 and as a consequence fired which then allows Josh to be named interim HC who then goes 13-0, squeak into the playoffs, and they win the SB w/ Drake Maye.

BTW, there was a recent Boston Globe article about how the new Josh playbook is the old Josh playbook - same terminology and lots of Brady film to show players how its done.

That makes the offense holding its own pretty impressive - not a lot of players (or coaches for that matter) were familiar with this system and so they've had to work extra-hard to catch up.
