Why clip the attribution on that unfounded hatchet job?

I did not clip it - I copied a Twitter post that screenshotted the posts from Instagram (I believe). Original bad actor here appears to be Patriots_Nation__ on Instagram.

Thanks. Looked like the top of frame was clipped, but I don’t use Instagram so don’t know what I’m looking at.
