"MAYE... Drake Maye", wouldn't be my choice, but at least it isn't awful. Some mediot should find out what his teammates call him behind his back and we should use that. Maybe we should just hold off on the nickname imperative for a few years

I don't think we really have to hope for one ring. I think Vrabel, like other great coaches who really get it, knows that **** happens and you don't blow up your future for one shot at a Lombardi, so he's building a team that will be a true contender every season, and when you are always in contention with a quarterback like Maye then your day is going to come.

If you were going to bet on the Dynasty Patriots you would have bet the most on the 2007 Patriots, and the least on the 2001 Patriots, and 2007 lost, and 201 won, so you can never really tell how it's going to play out, but if you are in the final 4 year after year you will eventually win more than your share of Lombardi's.

Regardless of what happens with this season's Patriots, or those coming in the future, I'm going to enjoy every bit of it. We already have 6 Lombardi's, so we are playing with house money, so I'm just going to kick back and enjoy the Vrabel/Maye Era, after the years and years of pain and suffering we have had to endure we deserve that.

Maye will never be Brady, but he will be Maye, and that is plenty to look forward to.

I think that Drake will be a top 5 QB's someday.

IMHO, his performance in these playoffs has not been very good so far. However, it has been good enough. Josh did a really great job today. So did the defensive coaches, once they switched to playing primarily man.

Of course, the Defense was its usual lights out.
