I've never seen a QB play at such high level at this age. At that age Manning had noodle arm, it just speaks huge volumes how well TB takes cares of himself and a lot of the credit goes to Gisele, I follow her on instagram and time to time she shows what they are eating and it's super healthy, I don't think Brady plays this long without meeting Gisele, she is feeding him the right way and I wouldn't be surprised if he plays at a high level for another 2-4 years easily. He hasn't shown any slowdowns this year.

I think more and more QBs start following Brady's lifestyle choices so they can play a long time in this league. Back in the day I use to think If you hit 31+ at QB then you were pretty much on your way downhill.

Honestly I doubt that many want to live and eat like TB does. QBs makes so much money that +2 years doesnt really matter. Unless you are a special kind of animal, TB is more the lonely wolf.

Reggie Wayne just called him the GOAT !

pretty soon the only holdouts on planet Earth thinking TB is not the GOAT will be Marshall Faulk and two meth-addled Manning fans living a blue trailer in Indiana

I'm always happy enough to bag on Manning, but his injury wasn't about diet. It was a neck injury that was about football hits and holding up that enormous cranium.

His diet isn't because of Gisele. It comes from his personal trainer and is carried out by his personal chef. Although, I'm sure support from his wife helps as well.
