I don't ever remember a time when Jon Jones was a weakness. He's a weakness against 6'5" WR's or TE's, but football is about mismatches. If nickel CB was considered it's own position and given a pro bowl spot, it's arguable Jon Jones would have gotten a nod multiple years in a row. He played nickel corner on the top ranked defensive backfield in multiple years.
If we play Miami with 5'10" Tyreek and Waddle you want Jon Jones out there starting. I mean they held Rogers to 251 yards passing and picked him off once. I think they need to play Marcus Jones in the slot, and he might be a better matchup against Miami over Jack Jones due to speed. Myles Bryant is a practice squad player, he shouldn't be on this roster and the coach's love affair with him is a detriment.
The Bills are taking some injury hits, the season is long. Teams that are really strong now, may not be that way in December. The Pats need to focus on improving and staying healthy. I don't think I've ever been this optimistic about a 1 win Patriot fan in my life, it all hinges on their ability to get better QB play and health.
