What if every NFL game in a single regular season ended in a tie and every team was 0-0-17.

Who gets the one seed? Pats?

There is a process that comes down to point differential, points scored and stuff like that. Google it.

Every NFL tie breaker I've seen ends with "Coin Flip" so there's that.

Net touchdowns could break ties if, for example, two teams tie at 6-6 with one TD (no PAT) vs two FGs. Otherwise, coin tosses.
