Slightly OT:

I thought this was pretty neat. AJ Francis, who was on our practice squad a while back on how BB values all 53 men on the roster. Stuff we, of course, already know, but it’s always nice to hear it from former/current players. Skip to about the 8:00 mark.

Nice to have a personal hunch confirmed - BB doesn't try to force square pegs into round holes, he looks to see if there's real value in that particular square peg and, when he finds that value, how to best use that squareness to his advantage, holes be damned.
