is Roy Williams and horse-collar tackles. We'll win the game comfortably, but I'd hate to lose Welker or Moss because that idiot doesn't know how to tackle somebody.

They made up a new penalty because of the guy and he still does it EVERY freakin game. The NFL needs to get this guy to stop before he ends someone's season again.

its amazing he doesnt get called for it. In the Bills game the Ref was standing 2 feet behind Roy as he did it. The freakin rule is named after him, CALL IT SOMETIMES!
