I hope welker comes out in the 2nd half.

Why is it McDaniels fault? The play to Gronk was the perfect call if Brady threw it when he should have. On the last play, it looks like Branch ran the wrong route.

That was all execution. Not play calling.

It's like McDaniels is at fault for everything that doesn't go well. That was the worst clock management I've seen in a long time from Brady

It's not his fault, Brady is the one out there no longer capable of thinking on his feet. It's sad to say, but he's no longer a guy I fell comfortable with at qb under crunch time like we think of Manning (Eli and Peyton), Brees, or big Ben

Yeah, Peyton used to make some clutch throws to Harrison in the clutch. Unfortunately for him, against us it was Rodney, not Marvin.

Speaking of thinking and feet, I think you should use yours and let patriots fans enjoy the thread.

Great points here Rob......Arrington has sucked horribly this whole year.....Tackling terrible. Dennard has been a breath of fresh air......not getting points before the half could be a killer when this is all said and done.....GO PATS

Negatives

Poor tackling
Arrington
Wasted opportunity on offense on last drive

HORRIBLE decision not to be safe and try the FG at the end. You didn't need a TD in that situation, you just needed to make it a 2 score game.

Positives

  1. The o-line have been giving Brady all day
  2. The return of Hernandez
  3. Chandler Jones
  4. Dennard replacing Arrington and he and McCourty shutting down the deep options the last two drives

Chandler Jones is always a positive.

Are the people in the game day thread usually like this?

I love Spikes

'hawks haven't caught on the "block 55 on runs" thing.

McD is no good in a crunch time situation. He's proven it time and time again. What I don't understand is why Peyton Manning gets to call his own game but TB has to listen to McD moron.

You realize, of course, that McDaniels' play calling had Gronk open in the endzone on the play where Brady got flushed in the pocket and threw the ball behind him, right?

The only thing that can stop Spikes right now is twitter.

Troy Brown may be right. Spikes is the best run stuffing LB.
