Third time in four games the Texans defense is given up over 30 points I don't think they're serious contenders

I semi agree (given the stat you point out, it makes a good argument). Yet my sense is the Texans teeter on being a solid D. I think if they play a better executed game -- considering they have show they are capable of scoring plenty of points -- they could cause trouble for anyone.
With that said, this game definitely bolsters your argument and suggests the Texans are not a team to be afraid of. They will need to get it together better than what they just showed tonight to be the powerhouse their record suggests they are.

These teams are f-ing with each other now.

reiss tweeted dennard also left w/ injury, hopefully all the CB's injuries are minor.

Short Talib update:

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib suffered a hip injury late in the second quarter of Monday night's game against the Houston Texans and is questionable to return to the game, the team announced.

Talib suffered the injury while diving to break up a third-down pass from Texans quarterback Matt Schaub intended for receiver Andre Johnson. He walked off the field under his own power.

He was not initially on the field to start the second half, but soon emerged from the locker room and began jogging on the sideline, likely testing the injury.

Acquired in a trade on Nov. 1, Talib has started the previous four games for the Patriots, including Monday night's contest.

That explains it. Texans were looking past the Pats to the Colts.

Gruden now says brady is the best ever ....hahaha

Awesome win.... very proud of our boys :rocker:

BB hugging watt..probably recruiting...

Good win for you guys. That was a pants down spanking. Hopefully we don;tbehave badly enough in the playoffs to deserve a pants down spanking.

Helluva good game by y'all tonite. I'm tempted to burn my Texans jerseys and buy a striped one. Y'all outplayed, outcoached and outrefed us tonite. Hopefully we go on a 5 game winning streak from here Y'all kicked our azz, for sure.

Hang in there. You'll get another shot at us. And you never know how a rematch would go.
