Would have been a miraculous catch. Back shoulder throws are OK for deeper routes where the receiver has time to adjust. Not good for short throws over the middle.

That was very poor time management. At point in time where 2 runs AT WORST gets the clock around 4 minutes with a 2 score lead, the Pats are going to regret that. Tommy instead we get TWO bad passes by Tommy.
Like I said one of his worst games in a while. I say that understanding that this kind of a bad game is a career game for most players
Think that might have something to do with the offensive personnel? All we have are TEs and slot receivers - Brady doesn't throw outside because we have no outside receivers.
